We invite you and your clients, families or friends to experience Chattokee Lodge, Avid bird watchers are always thrilled with our abundant species. Due to the diversity and wildlife habitat practices on the property, we attract a wide variety of birds throughout the seasons. From the Little Blue and Green Heron's in the lake and swamps, buntings and sparrows around fields, to the inhabitants of the woodlands, we welcome birding groups and clubs to Chattokee Lodge. 3 DAY EXTREME ADVENTURE Arrive At Chattokee Lodge the evening before your extreme adventure begins to relax and unwind and enjoy a fabulous meal. DAY 1: WILD CAVE TOUR - After a brief orientation you will head for Manitou Cave to explore one of Northeast Alabama's most unique all-weather caves. DAY 2: RAPPELLING and ROCK CLIMBING is your adventure today in Little River Canyon.. As night falls a 2.5 hour Extreme Night Hike awaits you at Cherokee Rock Village. DAY 3: Time to relax on the waters of Weiss Lake and its tributaries with half day kayak or canoe trip. 3 nights lodging, all meals and lodge amenities, permits, required gear, and guides are included in this extreme adventure.
1 DAY ADVENTURE Plan to spend 2 nights at the lodge and enjoy the rustic atmosphere and amenities. Arrive the night before your exciting day in Northeast Alabama and choose your activity: wild cave tour,kayak or canoe trip, rappelling and rock climbing, hiking Little River Canyon with an Extreme Night Hike to end the evening.
